Lottery Ticket Movie Set in Housing Project

A vacant housing project awaiting demolition served as the backdrop for Bow Wow’s new movie, Lottery Ticket. The main character, Kevin, wins a multi-million dollar jackpot, but must keep it a secret from his public housing neighbors through the July 4 weekend. This comedy has so far received mixed reviews.
