 Rosemary Reeves is the Founder of, a website about living in the projects and surviving hard times as a poor kid in the Northeast Philadelphia neighborhood of Upper Holmesburg.   Her website has received press coverage in The Philadelphia City Paper, NEast, Philadelphia, Plan Philly Eyes on the Street and Hidden City Philadelphia.  

A former resident of Liddonfield housing project, Rosemary has written biographical accounts of life in Upper Holmesburg as a public housing child attempting to transition into the mainstream community.   Her readers include current and former public housing residents, housing authority employees, local politicians and business owners, journalists, real estate agents and firms interested in the region as well as northeast Philadelphians who enjoy stories about the locale.  

Ms. Reeves has spoken before the Northeast Philadelphia History Network about the history of the public housing development.  Her professional affiliations included membership in the Pen and Pencil Club, the oldest continuously operating press club in America.
